John Clements has been a Director of Leading Performance Consulting for over 15 years. He has worked extensively in New Zealand and Australia as well as in SE Asia and seen and experienced the challenges of lean, Lean 2.0, scaling up and organisation change. He identified a very similar pattern for those that succeeded and those that didn’t. His research and practical hands on experience lead him to develop the Growth Accelerator and Towards Excellence. He is an executive coach applying the Global Leadership Profile to assist with complex problem solving. He is also the license holder for 20 Keys in New Zealand and Australia. He has been a consultant helping the printing industry transform and adapt to the digital age. He led 3 groups of leading NZ businesses to Japan to see best practice and then apply it within NZ. He has been involved in business turnarounds, a recent one was with a large multi-national. He was involved in applying 20 Keys within SE Asia and China. In his corporate role he formulated a operations strategy for a multi-national which is still being applied as well as developing an integrated executive development programme focused on the value chain delivering value many years later. He sits on advisory boards of SME’s and is a member of the Institute of Directors. He has in depth application of leadership development and coaching with broad business experience. He holds a BA (Hon), MBA, UED and HDPM.
Ray has senior management experience having sat on boards and led companies internationally. In recent times he has used this business insight to develop business intelligence systems for companies. He has extensive experience as a systems integrator – seeking to address those difficult problems. He focuses on ensuring the correct information is available to the staff to deliver results. He was trained by Toyota when he was running a vehicle assembly plant and has a keen understanding of the power of “lean” on a business. Ray holds B Sc (Eng), MBA and B. Comm.
Cherry Clements is a Director of Leading Performance Consulting and is responsible for administration within the company. She is the contact point for the business on a day to day basis.
