We understand the leadership challenges to meet the 4th Industrial Revolution and help with digital and data strategies to build on their continuous improvement initiatives.

The consultancy through its programmes and networks brings together leaders focused on creating sustainable value for their organisation. Learning and change is gradual so our programmes reflect this  frequently delivered over a period of time so vertical, adaptive learning can occur. We recognised that business leaders are busy therefore we hold small focused interventions followed by application and then take the next step. The meetings are structured but we encourage the sharing of ideas and experience and ideas. We address real problems and build the thinking and complex problem solving skills of the participants. The programmes have sought out world class input to assist  leaders. The success of the program is attributed to the right balance of formal learning, collaborative learning, mentoring and then application and implementation.

Around 2007 there was a convergence of global trends that led to a tsunami for the global economy. The three macro-trends were the global financial crisis, globalisation and the internet. This wave of disruption continues artificial intelligence, cellular agriculture, integrative reporting and other governance challenges confronting senior leaders. Through our understanding of levels of work within an organisation we focus on alignment  from boardroom to workplace. We have a range of programmes to develop integrated thinking, continuous improvement and overcome immunity to change.

Leading Performance Consulting delivers leading edge, high performance solutions to both local and international clients. We have a proven record of performance improvement and change management using globally recognised technologies. Our approach is integrated and holistic with our team having real world experience to support our clients undergoing change. We help the organisation identify where it is in the growth phase and the challenges it faces. We then take them either provide customised solutions or work with them through Towards Excellence develop a Growth Plan. In support of this there may be a need for leadership development and coaching, talent management and leadership pipeline, culture surveys, strategy development, operational excellence using 20 Keys to Workplace Improvement and Competitive Manufacturing. This flow out of their Strategic Plan and aligns with their strategy and stage of development.

Offering consulting services for over 15 years primarily in Australasia, China and SE Asia and a wider international experience in both large multi-nationals and SME’s. We adapt our approach to the clients needs. We have taken clients on study tours to look at leading performance and assisted them in implementation. Our leadership processes have been applied globally, as has 20 Keys to Workplace Improvement so we are able to offer global experience with local application
